Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to join the team, focusing on enhancing their sustainability initiatives. In this role, you will play a key role in implementing and managing sustainability programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage sustainability programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct sustainability assessments to identify areas for improvement across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote sustainable practices and foster a culture of environmental responsibility.
  • Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and progress towards goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders and communicate sustainability efforts and accomplishments.
  • Research emerging trends and regulatory changes related to sustainability and recommend relevant actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in sustainability management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability principles, practices, and reporting frameworks.
  • Proven experience in program management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and report on sustainability performance.
  • Passion for sustainability and commitment to driving positive changes within the organization.
