Your role, your impact

As an Oracle EPM PBCS/EPBCS principal consultant, you will provide Oracle EPM PBCS/EPBCS functional consulting services. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will lead clients through the entire cloud application service implementation lifecycle for Oracle EPM projects.

Travel to client sites may be required up to 50% of the time.

Your day-to-day

• Communicate effectively and drive project deliverables for Oracle EPM projects;
• Work with companies on-site or remotely to deploy Oracle EPM;
• Guide clients through Oracle-delivered functionality, advise clients on best practices, map business processes to delivered functionality, document client requirements, configure application functionality and assist with testing;
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients;
• Work with peers to continuously improve the delivery model to provide the most value to clients while increasing project delivery efficiency;
• Work with and mentor junior-level associates to ensure their professional growth and ability to contribute to company growth.
  
  

Keys to your success

• At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or relevant experience;
• Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing transformative planning solutions for Fortune 500 companies:
• Oracle Planning Cloud (Strategic Modeling, Financials, Projects, Capital, and Workforce modules);
• Hyperion Planning (Projects, Capital and Workforce modules);
• Smart View, Management Reporting, or Financial Reporting;
• Analyzing and documenting business requirements, writing functional specifications, testing, troubleshooting and interfacing with clients and business users.
• Experience:
• with financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow), foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations;
• leading small teams (two to four people) as well as design sessions;
• creating requirements and design documents;
• With Advanced Member Formula and Calculation Manager.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to understand and translate client business processes into strategies;
• Understanding of budgeting and forecasting-related best practices;
• Proven ability to advise clients on high-level architecture;
• Technical capability for functional requirement fit and technical and functional attributes for specific modules;
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Microsoft Project.
