Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Healthcare Planning Functional Consultant, you will provide the industry, functional and product expertise required to effectively assist with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management cloud implementations in the healthcare provider industry. You will support full life cycle implementations by aligning business processes to prebuilt capabilities, assisting with testing around healthcare functional processes, assisting with the report definition and creation, and by learning to implement certain functional aspects of Oracle EPM solution accelerators.

Travel to client sites may be required 20% to 40% of the time.

Your day-to-day

• Leverage healthcare industry experience to guide clients to the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud Planning solutions;
• Learn the Healthcare Planning Accelerator to drive successful, repeatable solutions for our clients in the healthcare industry;
• Align clients’ business requirements and processes with capabilities of the Healthcare Planning Accelerator and provide fit/gap analysis;
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies as needed;
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with both internal and client team members;
• Perform requirements and design analysis;
• Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members, management, and clients;
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders;
• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff;
• Perform thorough unit testing and lead user acceptance testing sessions with the client;
• Contribute to development of project plans and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects;
• Track activities of technical resources in implementation and provide guidance on activities;
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements;
• Participate in functional areas of the implementation, including application configuration, user interface configuration, data validation and report development.
  
  

Keys to your success

• Bachelor’s degree in business or experience in a related field within healthcare;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare provider industry;
• Experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion;
• Project and end-user experience in the areas of healthcare financial management as well as a proven aptitude for rapid learning and operating in a fast-paced environment;
• healthcare financial management experience in the areas of planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting;
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations;
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions;
• Excellent documentation skills, as well as fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
