Job description

Location for the position: USA-anywhere:

To shape, manage, and deliver multi-million budget Data transformation programs.

Proven track record of delivering data change in complex, global organizations, and devising change management strategies.

Deep expertise in data structures, especially Customer, vendor, and Master data in legacy and modern environments.

Development of data-focused investment cases.

Data expertise in one of the following areas - Retail, Healthcare, Lifesciences, Telecom, and Manufacturing

Vision in Advanced Analytics and Data Science

Strong team leadership capabilities, and experience in leading diverse global teams

Manage risks and issues and identify which require escalation to Project Management

Independence, with an ability to clearly report the state of the Project to Program leadership. Strong drive for results, achieving challenging deadlines without compromising quality.

Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

The Data Transformation consultant will solution and lead the successful implementation of transformations that are requiring wholesale changes in the way that data and analytics are used to drive operational performance outcomes.

This is a customer and senior leadership-facing role that puts you at the heart of building Data processes, governance, and tools across complex organization structures.

This will include leading a diverse team with the responsibility to design, build, test, and deploy Master data solutions utilizing data globally.

As Data Transformation leader you will also be responsible for senior stakeholder engagement activities, leading program steering committee meetings, and regional forums, and responding to stakeholder demands.

The role will lead solution teams that are multi-disciplinary and multi-geo-location.

You will establish robust project delivery structures, proactively manage risk and issues, help project teams to achieve challenging milestones, and drive decision-making.

As a senior consultant, you will also be responsible for senior stakeholder engagement activities, leading program steering committee meetings, and responding to stakeholder demands.

Cultivate followership and manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are supported to grow and are recognized for their contribution

Cultivating client relationships to share industry insights and support in the generation of new opportunities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred

Consulting experience is a must, Big 4 experience preferred

Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks

Pre-sales experience

Experience in leadership relating to virtual team development thought leadership, points of view, publications, and business strategy

Transformation experience leveraging Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Fluency in written and spoken English, and executive messaging

Willingness to travel 60%
