Job Summary:
PetPlace is seeking a Content Strategy Manager – B2B2C to lead the development and execution of compelling, strategic content that drives awareness, demand, and conversion through our Employee Benefits and Partnership sales channels. This role will own B2B2C content strategy for multiple IPG pet insurance brands, ensuring alignment with brand voice and consistency across all marketing and sales channels.
The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with strong experience in B2B content strategy, sales enablement, and a keen understanding of how to adapt content for dual B2B and B2C audiences. Proficiency with AI-powered tools for content ideation and delivery is a must, as is a passion for developing forward-thinking, impactful storytelling in a digital-first world.

Main Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development: Craft messaging and positioning for IPG’s pet insurance products that resonate with key B2B2C personas in Employee Benefits and Partner channels.
Lead Generation & Conversion Support: Develop a full-funnel content strategy to guide B2B leads from awareness through qualification and conversion—while supporting B2C conversion of the end user (pet parents).
Sales Enablement Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage sales-focused content such as whitepapers, case studies, event collateral, pitch decks, email campaigns, and blogs that support the buyer journey.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and DTC content teams to ensure alignment across brand voice, messaging, and strategic priorities.
AI & Content Innovation: Leverage AI tools to plan, produce, and optimize content; stay ahead of trends and innovations that elevate content efficiency and relevance.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to drive data-informed adjustments and improvements.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure content for each brand maintains consistent tone, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Project & Calendar Management: Own the content calendar and oversee the timely execution of deliverables across multiple brands.
Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in content strategy, with a strong focus on B2B marketing and sales enablement
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Proven ability to create compelling, data-informed content for both B2B and B2C audiences
Strong understanding of the Employee Benefits space and/or insurance industry is a plus
Proficiency in using content management systems and marketing automation platforms
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats
Experience with AI tools for content creation and strategy
Strong project management and communication skills
Analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Creative and strategic mindset, able to think both big-picture and in the details
