Job Description
As the Content Strategist/Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
Content Strategy & Development
Develop and execute a results-driven content strategy that aligns with inbound marketing goals and growth initiatives.
Create compelling written and video content that engages our target audience and drives lead generation.
Plan and manage editorial calendars, ensuring deadlines and campaign goals are met.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content themes with product updates, customer success stories, and sales enablement needs.
Content Creation & Optimization
Write blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, video scripts, and web content with impeccable grammar and storytelling finesse.
Produce or coordinate the creation of video content that enhances brand storytelling and product education.
Edit and proofread all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Optimize content for SEO, readability, and performance using analytics and best practices.
Performance Tracking & Analysis
Monitor content performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Search Console, and SEMRush.
Use insights to refine content strategy and continuously improve traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Report on KPIs related to content marketing performance.
Collaboration & Project Management
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and subject matter experts to bring content projects to life.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experiencein content strategy, content management, or a similar marketing role.
Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
Exceptional writing and editorial skills with a strong grasp of grammar and tone.
Experience in managing video content creation and editorial calendars.
Familiarity with style guides (e.g., AP Style, Chicago Manual of Style).
Proficiency with: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMRush.
Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to interpret data and analytics to drive content decisions.
