Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients regarding home appliance products via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, and warranty information.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions for follow-up and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex product queries and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and service updates.
  • Gather customer feedback to support product development and service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support, preferably within the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard office tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
