Are you passionate about driving business growth through marketplace excellence? We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Channels Management Project Manager to support the daily operations and growth of our Target+ channel. In this role, you’ll work closely with Channel Managers and cross-functional partners to ensure product listings are live, accurate, and optimized for success. From managing promotional product lists to owning ad hoc projects and reporting, you’ll play a key role in boosting GMV, maximizing listing availability, and strengthening marketplace relationships. How you will achieve success:
  • Maintain and update the Target+ Weekly Results Dashboard every Monday by 10 AM CT to ensure accurate performance tracking.
  • Generate and submit promotional product lists in alignment with SOPs, coordinate approvals with Channel Managers, and track promotional submissions across events.
  • Monitor promo event placement on target.com, provide real-time feedback to the Promos team, and ensure visibility and impact of featured products.
  • Execute and manage standardized tasks via Process Street, including issue escalation to Channel contacts and product eligibility reviews, guided by established SOPs.
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests by compiling and organizing relevant data for the Director of Channel Management and assisting with unique channel scenarios as needed.

  • What experiences will help you in this role:
  • 2–3 years of experience in a relevant industry with a strong understanding of marketplace operations, ideally including Target+, Walmart Seller Center, or Amazon Seller Central.
  • Hands-on experience with listing creation, uploads, and troubleshooting, with proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and a knack for working within large data sets and channel portals.
  • Proven background in Customer Service, Project Management, Account Management, or Agency environments, demonstrating sound decision-making and ownership of results.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English and the ability to effectively work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and processes to continuously enhance performance.
  • This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
    Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
    - 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
    - at least 4GB RAM;
    - Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system 
    - You are required to provide your own dual monitors
    A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
    PC Headset
    A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
