Strong Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• gathering, summarising and processing information from the customer;
• supporting customers in making the right decision while creating coherent requirements;
• making research and analysis of obtained information;
• presenting goals and core functionality of the project to the development team;
• writing the functional requirements, technical specifications and user stories/use cases;
• creating wireframes/sketches/diagrams/flow charts when necessary.

Requirements:

• understanding of web and mobile applications architecture and development flow;
• 1+ years of experience creating technical documentation;
• spoken English skills — your level should be no lower than Upper-Intermediate;
• experience in interaction with customers and gathering requirements;
• analytical capabilities, and structural mindset.

Will be a plus:

• prototyping experience (low fidelity, experience in wireframing or sketching);
• technical background;
• experience with user interface design patterns;
• curiosity about the field of Generative AI.
