Asqaud is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to support the daily operations related to financial activities like: P&L control, budgeting, cashflow and also supporting the PE's with, reporting, taxation etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding/offboarding of individual entrepreneurs (PE), including registration and closure support.
- Prepare monthly onboarding document packages for new project participants.
- Handle tax reporting: calculate taxes, prepare payments, and monitor deadlines.
- Maintain budget control, including verification of compensation and C&B compliance.
- Monitor and execute payments to vendors, freelancers, and service providers.
- Prepare and manage P&L and cash flow forecasts across projects and entities.
- Track liquidity, control expenses, and ensure timely payments.
- Analyze product profitability and calculate financial KPIs (ROMI, LTV, ARPU).
- Support preparation of valuation models, analytical reports, and financial notes.
- Coordinate with legal, treasury, and external partners on finance-related matters.
- Collect and organise financial data for internal use and reporting.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or controlling roles.
- Strong understanding of PE (Private Entrepreneur) management, taxes, and local compliance of Ukraine.
- Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Confident in financial modeling and working with KPIs.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with finance tools is a plus.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote team.
- Fluent Ukrainian, Intermediate English
