Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a Cable Sales Specialist based in the Philippines to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales and promotion of cable products, developing new markets, expanding customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will play a key role in market research, customer management, and the execution of sales strategies to enhance our brand presence and market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships.
Responsible for the sales and promotion of cable products, opening up new markets, developing new customers, expanding the scope of product sales, and completing the monthly and annual sales targets issued by the company. Explore potential customers through telephone, visits, exhibitions, etc., establish customer files, maintain existing customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate.
Regularly visit customers to understand product usage and feedback, provide professional solutions, and coordinate internal resources (such as production, logistics, and after-sales) to ensure timely delivery of orders. Analyze customer needs, participate in business negotiations, sign sales contracts, and track order execution and payment collection.
Collect industry trends, competitor information and market demand to provide a basis for the company's product development and pricing strategy. Plan and execute sales activities to enhance brand awareness and market share.
Responsible for the full process management of orders, including quotation, contract signing, delivery tracking and after-sales service support, to ensure timely handling of customer complaints. Assess customer credit risk, control accounts receivable, and reduce bad debt risk.
Cooperate with the team to complete cross-departmental collaboration (such as technical support, quality department) and promote the achievement of sales targets.
