Job description

At Fellow, our mission is to transform how people meet and make meetings productive for everyone. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Demand Generation Manager who will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and generating demand. As a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll work closely with our Sales, Product Marketing and Growth teams. You’ll be developing multi-channel campaigns that aim to push the boundaries of what SaaS marketing is all about.


Responsibilities:

Orchestrate campaigns across all channels—including LinkedIn, Meta, outbound, retargeting, email, SEO, content syndication, and events—to ensure cohesive messaging and optimal performance.

Manage the full funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion, with clear ownership of pipeline goals.

Develop and execute signal-based and lifecycle campaigns that drive qualified leads through free trials and demo bookings.

Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to craft integrated campaigns that align with go-to-market strategies.

Work closely with Content to drive distribution, from content ideation to campaign execution.

Find, evaluate, and manage co-marketing, sponsorship, and advertising opportunities that put Fellow in front of the right audiences.

Analyze and report on campaign performance, optimize conversion rates, and ensure we’re on track to hit revenue targets.

Design and run experiments to test new audiences, messages, and tactics.

Stay up to date on AI and marketing trends to bring fresh thinking and innovation to our programs.



You’ll be set up for success if:


  • You’re curious, resourceful, and quick to learn. You’re eager to dive in, talk to people, do research, and then share what you’ve learned. You like to ask questions like "why?" and "what if?" and follow through to find the answers.

  • You have a track record of developing multi-channel campaigns that deliver predictable results.

  • You are passionate about lead nurture and education that brings each lead through their ideal journey from the first interaction to purchase and beyond.

  • You nerd out (at least a little) about marketing technology. You're familiar with (and maybe have some strong opinions on) the general landscape of tooling around demand generation.

  • You have strong communication skills, some of which were honed with experience working cross-functionally with sales and customer success.

  • You thrive when able to self-direct. You’re looking to work with a startup where you’ll be responsible for the impact you make and have a lot of freedom. The growth team is fully remote, so you work well with autonomy and are a proactive communicator.

  • You have strong experience in demand generation or growth marketing in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
