Job description

The demand campaign manager is a part of the global campaign center team with a primary focus of generating outbound demand and new top of the funnel leads for Thoughtworks services. This is an individual contributor and a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, engage target audiences, and contribute to the overall growth of our organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a data-driven decision-maker, a collaborative team player, open to experimentation with AI with a passion for technology and B2B marketing.

Job responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience segments and leverage & identify key messaging, value propositions, and content to resonate with target audiences at different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Leverage market insights, customer personas, and competitive intelligence to inform campaign strategies & utilize AI tools in the campaign planning process to enhance market and competitive intelligence.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign asset creation, landing page development, email marketing, social media, and more. Use AI tools as needed to improve efficiency.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful campaign launches.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, content creators, and designers to develop compelling campaign assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Demand Generation and Lead Nurturing: Employ demand generation and ABM tactics to capture and nurture leads through the funnel. Utilize AI to deliver hyper-personalized nurture messages with added contextual relevance.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve lead quality and conversion rates & work closely with the field team to ensure smooth handoff of campaigns and alignment on campaign goals.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns & prepare regular reports on campaign performance, showcasing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with content, design, digital advisors, for the creation of campaigns & collaborate with the portfolio marketing team on integrating the services/solution strategies into cohesive, integrated programs.
  • Collaborate with Field marketing to adapt campaigns for regional relevance, and contribute to lead management optimization for enhanced regional marketing impact.
Job qualifications
Technical Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in developing campaign strategies and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns (experience in B2B Tech organizations preferable).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, channels, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of exceeding campaign goals and driving measurable ROI.
Professional Skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Data-driven approach and proficiency in deriving meaningful business insights from analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
