The Opportunity that Awaits You:
As a Senior Global Trainer at PROCEPT BioRobotics, you will be at the forefront of designing, delivering, and evolving comprehensive educational programs for our current and future product lines on a global scale. This role demands a strong educational foundation and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and external stakeholders. By continuously monitoring and assessing training outcomes, you will identify opportunities for enhancement and implement improvements to ensure our programs remain dynamic, effective, and aligned with our global objectives.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:Supports the implementation of the overall global learning and development strategy for sales training and surgeon educationLeads the execution of the training programs (such as the ACADEMY) and surgeon education programs to ensure programs operate efficiently, effectively and compliantlySubject matter expert and effectively disseminates/knowledge transfers to the sales force and surgeons to meet corporate requirements.Leads webinars and live training sessionsCoordinates logistics of training coursesConducts field learning and development sign offs, recertifications, and surgeon trainings Maintains all course documentation, training plans, and initiate training profiles for global sales representatives and surgeon education.Maintains new product introduction training courses and update existing product training course as necessary.Manages existing customer face-to-face and online educational programs and symposia, cadaver labs, proctorships and, as applicable, support grand rounds and physician journal club lecturesPresents scientific data (written and verbal) to support PROCEPT BioRobotics’ learning strategyCollaborates with cross functional partners to execute an effective sales training and professional education programsWorks to ensure presentations are consistent with PROCEPT BioRobotics’ goals and objectives and in compliance with PROCEPT BioRobotics’ indications for useUtilizes sound knowledge of the functionalities and structures of the Learning Management System (LMS). Maintaining and expanding content within LMS systems training content. Monitors and updates training records based on requirements and progress. Ensures accurate record registration and completion of learning activities.Understands and applies market, industry, competitor, and health care compliance, legal, and regulatory knowledgeSupports the planning and execution of training events Health Care Compliance guidelines as well as follow operating room training and safety standards (Bloodborne pathogens training, etc.)Maintains trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory complianceUnderstands and adheres to PROCEPT BioRobotics policiesThe Qualifications We Need You to PossessBachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline such as nursing, physician assistant, or pharmacy is strongly preferred; advanced degree also preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, M.A.Ed.)5+ years of experience in the training and/or clinical education; such experience can include a combination of clinical (nursing, pharmacy, etc.), business, and/or clinical educationExperience with leadership development preferredAbility to maintain a high level of communication Must have excellent interpersonal and presentation skillsMust be a team playerExcellent attention to detailAbility to handle multiple assignments and effectively adapt to changing prioritiesKnowledge of regulations, guidelines, and codesMust have organizational skills and the ability to execute within timelinesExperience developing curriculum and delivering science-based trainingExpected to travel up to 50% of the time (to support the ACADEMY, sign offs, and surgeon education programs, times may flex)Work EnvironmentHybrid position: Required to support live training programs in San Jose, CA and other global locations. Work Authorization Status: Citizen / Permanent Resident
For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $144,000-170,000 per year.
Plus, eligibility for an annual bonus and equity/RSUs

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role represents a base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
