Your Impact

The Operations Specialist is responsible for the general operation of the office and working with team and Office Leadership to create an engaging environment for consultants, clients and employees.

  • Provide support for recruiting and sales employees which may include sending candidate paperwork, client contracts, and executing full life cycle of job orders
  • Provide support to operations leadership, including travel arrangements, scheduling, preparing reports, and letter composition
  • Review client and Enterprise contracts; work with legal and HR as appropriate
  • Provide support for consultants regarding payroll, expenses, and benefits questions and/or training

  • Minimum of 1 year in administrative support or related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree
  • Experience with Bullhorn, HubSpot, UKG, or other HRIS system
