Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Construction Specialist to lead and coordinate multiple construction rollouts. This role is key to ensuring the smooth execution of projects, regulatory compliance, field team performance, and safety standards — all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize and coordinate construction rollouts across multiple sites.

Manage work orders and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Monitor on-site crew performance and enforce safety and quality standards.

Act as the main point of contact between field teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Deliver daily updates and track construction milestones.

Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in construction project management or coordination.

• Strong ability to manage remote teams and construction workflows.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Familiarity with work orders, reporting, and milestone tracking.

• Experience with tools like Procore, Buildertrend, or similar is a plus.

• Intermediate to advanced English preferred.
