Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst who wills to apply his current knowledge and skills and is inspired to discover new technologies. You will be working with a direction that is primarily focused on high-tech developments for an US client in the consulting and financial domains. All projects are aimed at optimizing business processes, ensuring maximum efficiency in work, and helping the client to automate and improve their internal processes. Our team specializes in the use of advanced technologies and, at certain stages of project development, actively utilizes the latest advances in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).  

Your future dynamic and friendly team (up to 15 people) consists of: Developers (Back-end and Front-end), QA Engineers, Application Architect, and Technical Delivery Manager. 

 

Requirements:

3+ years as a Business/System Analyst or Product Owner in IT;

- Ability to work with raw information in order to create requirements for developers;

- Create INVEST documentation;

- Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills;

- Upper-Intermediate English;

- Ability to speak the same language with developers, designers and business;

- We're looking for a person who can see the system components, understand data flow.  

- Strong desire to learn new technologies when it's needed for successful requirements development.

- Understanding of work specifics with customers of the American market.

- Basic understanding of REST API and integrations on the basis of it

- General knowledge of web application structure and architecture types

- High level of proactivity and independence

 

Role and responsibilities:

- Close cooperation with development and design team;

- Various documentation development (User stories, nFRs, Flowcharts, Mindmaps, etc);

- Participation in Enterprise products for a big company;

- Close communication with customer from the stage of project kick-off to support;

- Preparation and conduct of Demo meetings;

- Participation in project coordination: estimation, planning and execution control of the project;

- Validation of mockups with design team as well as Backend documentation validation;

- Constant communication with Engagement Team of the customer for the purpose to formulate or specify the existing requirements;

- Support and create the necessary project documentation useful for developers’ teams;

- Daily Scrum meetings participation;

- Proactive suggestion of potential use cases for AI automation.

 

Will be a plus:
- Interest in the technologies and tools or the relevant experience in JSON, Postman, Swagger, databases, test automation, basic coding, etc.

- Interest in AI domain and a will to explore its capabilities

- Experience in working on the Agent AI-powered projects

- Relevant IIBA/PMI certifications.
