Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Reviewer to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of training content across print and eLearning formats. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough reviews of print and eLearning training materials, assessing language, punctuation, readability, style, content flow, graphics, and adherence to standards.
Ensure all deliverables align with project scope and maintain high-quality standards.
Identify and document errors, validate corrections, and ensure quality before submission.
Correct grammar, punctuation, logical inconsistencies, and attention-to-detail (ATD) issues to enhance content clarity and effectiveness.
Utilize checklists, project standards, and predefined templates to perform comprehensive quality checks.
Leverage relevant tools and templates to streamline quality assurance processes.
Adhere to project timelines and escalate any quality risks to the project manager.
Follow established quality assurance protocols and contribute to process improvements.
Proactively flag issues that may impact timelines, content design, or project scope.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine training content.
