Job description

We are looking for a hybrid ERP Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team and support the successful implementation and further development of Odoo ERP across key business functions such as Finance, HR, and other processes. The role combines project coordination, business process analysis, and functional ownership. You will work closely with internal teams and external consultants to collect and refine business requirements, document processes, oversee project progress, and ensure ERP solutions meet the needs of the organization. Post-implementation, you will act as a key point of contact for continuous system improvements and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support ERP (Odoo) implementation across Finance, HR, and other processes.

  • Collect and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders.

  • Prepare detailed documentation: process flows, user stories, functional specifications.

  • Facilitate effective communication between business units and the external project team.

  • Manage project tasks, milestones and timelines.

  • Organize and coordinate testing activities (functional and UAT), including hands-on testing when required.

  • Support post-go-live system improvements and manage internal requests for enhancements, new features, or process optimizations.

  • Track and manage internal requests related to new features, improvements, or business process changes in the ERP system.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or ERP Consultant (Odoo experience is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of business processes, especially in Finance and HR.

  • Hands-on experience gathering requirements and writing user stories and functional specs.

  • Ability to map and document business processes (BPMN or similar tools).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage project deliverables and timelines.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Good project coordination skills and attention to detail.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Experience with backlog management, sprint cycles, and iterative delivery processes.
