Responsibilities:
Transfer current processes from the main company;
Together with the CEO, build and form new processes in the company for HR (daily work);
Set up and implement the HR management system;
Build a process of HR management;
Conduct onboarding, offboarding;
Work with HR documentation;
Have experience as a People Partner.
Requirements:
Knowledge of English (Upper - intermediate);
Experience of working in HR position from 1.5 years;
Experience with HR systems (hibob, bambooHR, peopleforce, odoo, etc.)
