Job description

Thomson Reuters is looking for a Solutions Analyst Manager to join our team. This role of Solutions Analyst Manager will participate in fit analysis sessions with customers and internal subject matter experts to identify gaps and find solutions that promote product first mentality, minimize customizations and future proof customer implementations.

About the Role:

As a Solutions Analyst Manager, you will:

• Oversee a team of Solutions Analysts contributing to the successful delivery of C-Track Data Migrations and implementations

• Act as an integral member of the Engagement Delivery team alongside Engagement Managers and Business Application Consultants and other organizational unit towards a successful solution implementation

• Analyze complex datasets to extract valuable insights for informed decision-making relating to data migration.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from multiple sources with an attention to detail.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements.

• Support system configuration and data migration teams to ensure correct configuration and efficient migrations.

• Participate in fit analysis sessions with customers and internal subject matter experts to identify gaps and find solutions that promote product first mentality, minimize customizations and future proof customer implementations.

• Work as a team to achieve successful implementations by sharing tasks, mentorship and training other members of the solutions and development team.

• Negotiate with customers and internal stakeholders on project scope and solution proposals in a professional and effective manner.

• Manage customer expectations and maintain positive relationships

• Subject Matter Expert on several complex products, and with knowledge about all products within their area.

• Manage medium to high complexity projects with low level of supervision.

• Has People Management and Performance Management responsibilities.

• Provides coaching and mentorship to Solution Analysts who are part of their reporting structure.


About You:

You're a fit for the role of Solutions Analyst Manager, if your background includes:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.

• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data analysis, such as Python, R, SQL, or others.

• Experience with or understanding of judicial/court process is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large volumes of data efficiently.

• Experience with enterprise application data migration.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required in order to understand customer requirements, articulate solutions and influence decisions makers
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
• Ability to travel occasionally

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $116,900 - $217,100.

This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
