We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal, writing, and organizational skills.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

The person in this position will be responsible for executing marketing and communications activities that support the firm's strategic goals, drive growth, and enhance its brand image. The staff’s role will involve, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Create engaging and high-quality content for paid and owned channels. This includes articles, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, collateral, landing page copy, ad copy, emails, podcasts, and video scripts.

  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues (design, web, email, and social team) to publish and promote content.

  • Develop and execute industry and service-line-specific content plans and distribution strategies in collaboration with marketing and other leaders to support growth initiatives.

  • Identify content gaps and opportunities.

  • Maintain consistency of messaging across all content, adhering to best practices and brand guidelines.

  • Regularly monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.

  • Strong understanding of SEO and ability to use SEO briefs to optimize content for discoverability and rankings.

  • Work independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects

  • Updating and maintaining marketing materials, including brochures and presentations.

  • Manages projects to ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met.

  • Collaborate closely with operations, technical, and service area subject matter experts to gather the necessary information for content development.

  • Translate and communicate technical material and concepts into content that is accessible to audiences with mixed levels of expertise.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of content marketing experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field required

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of accounting, tax, consulting or other professional services is a plus

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills across a variety of formats, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and people simultaneously. Experience using project management software (i.e., Monday.com).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong knowledge of market research techniques and databases.

  • Ability to translate technical materials into content accessible to a variety of audiences.

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between

85000

and

150000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.  The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
