Real Estate Experience: 2.5–5 years of experience in real estate lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales, with a strong understanding of the industry. Proven Sales & Communication Skills: Ability to confidently engage with property owners, handle objections, and build rapport to secure appointments. CRM & Tech Proficiency: Experience working with real estate CRMs, VoIP systems, and call tracking tools to manage leads and streamline outreach efforts. Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: A hustler mentality with a strong work ethic, persistence, and the ability to consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets. Fluent & Clear English: Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American-sounding accent to ensure smooth and professional communication with potential clients. Availability & Time Management: Ability to work within U.S. time zones, manage multiple leads efficiently, and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.

Core responsibilities:

Appointment Setting: Qualify leads, identify motivated sellers, and schedule appointments directly on the agent’s calendar for seamless follow-up. Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively call homeowners, property owners, and potential sellers to generate listing opportunities and schedule appointments. Lead Nurturing: Build relationships with prospects by engaging in meaningful conversations, addressing objections, and maintaining follow-ups to convert leads into clients. CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and appointment details in the CRM, ensuring organized and efficient tracking. Market Research & Targeting: Identify key real estate trends, analyze potential opportunities, and refine targeting strategies to maximize lead generation results. Performance Optimization: Continuously refine call scripts, communication strategies, and outreach techniques to improve conversion rates and enhance lead quality.
