Job Requirements:

  • Min 3 years proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment. 
  • Strong experience with WordPress and Shopify platforms, including basic theme customization and content management. 
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and experience scheduling and posting content for business accounts. 
  • Basic SEO knowledge, including on-page SEO techniques and keyword research.

Core responsibilities:

  • Schedule and post content weekly across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). 
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to messages and comments, and engage with followers to build a strong online community. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and maintain a consistent social media presence. 
  • Assist in building and updating templates on WordPress and Shopify platforms. 
  • Support in content updates to client websites, including blogs, new pages, and product listings.
  • Help ensure websites remain user-friendly, optimized, and reflect the brands identity. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep client projects on track, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met. 
  • Provide general project assistance, including tracking timelines, updating project management tools, and communicating with team members to maintain progress. 
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through consistent communication and timely delivery of tasks. 
  • Implement basic SEO updates to enhance website performance, including keyword optimization, meta descriptions, and image tagging.
  • Post and update blog content on client websites, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
  • Make minor content changes to websites to keep sites fresh, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
