Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Engineer. This individual will be part of a team implementing and supporting the tools and technology that drive a fast-paced environment.
The IT Help Desk Engineer will be responsible for L1 support of all user tickets, inventory management, hardware procurement, and deployment of IT equipment across the organization.

  • Manage asset inventory
  • Hardware procurement based on hiring forecast.
  • Remote support of user base.
  • Provide support for corporate events such as All-Hands and conventions.
  • Run and maintain the IT Bar and provide technical support for walk-ups.
  • Create, maintain, and manage accounts for all employees and contractors.
  • Responsible for all IT related onboarding and offboarding procedures including account creation, laptop setup, and user provisioning.
  • Maintain conference rooms and collaboration tools used in the company.
  • Administer MDM solution.
  • Integrate new software with SSO provider.
  • Work with InfoSec on implementing security initiatives across the company.
  • Manage printers and print servers.
  • Work with hardware vendors for warranty repairs/replacements.

     
  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS or related field.
  • 5+ years supporting users in face-face environment.
  • Technical certifications a plus.
  • 4+ years supporting O365 environments.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Customer first oriented approach to service.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven experiences with Corporate IT systems in a SaaS and Cloud focused environment.
  • Experience working in security focused environments is a huge plus.
  • Proven ability to solve problems under pressure.
  • Audio video system management experience.
  • Experience supporting collaboration platforms such as Zoom.
  • Knowledge of Okta administration.
  • Management of Microsoft Intune, JAMF, BitLocker, Druva.
