We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented AI Automation Engineer to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about AI, automation, and workflow optimization. You’ll work with low-code/no-code automation tools, APIs, and AI models to create smart workflows that streamline business operations and enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), UiPath, or custom scripting.
- Integrate AI models (GPT, NLP, computer vision) into automation processes.
- Automate repetitive tasks across various platforms (e.g., CRM, email, cloud storage, databases).
- Work with APIs, webhooks, and AI services to improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows to ensure performance and reliability.
- Document processes, create best-practice guidelines, and provide technical support for automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, UiPath, Power Automate, etc.).
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for custom automation and scripting.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML models and their applications in automation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or AI-based workflow development.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Exposure to database management and SQL.
