Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm EST

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic financial services team in a key operational role. You’ll work alongside an experienced virtual team member, supporting sophisticated insurance processing and client service operations. Using state-of-the-art systems including remote desktop access and modern VOIP technology, you’ll handle critical back-office functions that keep the business running smoothly. Responsibilities
  • Process and coordinate insurance policy documentation after successful client agreements
  • Manage professional communication with mortgage companies and financial institutions
  • Handle sophisticated billing processes and payment tracking
  • Operate modern VOIP phone system for client and team communication
  • Execute efficient post-quote administrative operations
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all pending items and documentation
  • Maintain meticulous records in company’s professional systems
  • Coordinate workflow with existing team members
  • Support multiple insurance agents with operational tasks
  • Process time-sensitive documentation with attention to detail
