Job description

major tasks:
- help shipping operation (from inventory QA, preparing packaging materials, order fulfillment, etc.)
- book courier and manage shipping
- Order status and due date monitoring
- Inventory management: tracking and status updates via barcode and excel sheet
- office housekeeping (shipping materials, workspace, etc.)

work setup and preferences:
- Onsite mainly (if high performer we can accept hybrid work after training 1-3 months later)
- someone who lives near from our office
- someone who can work flexibly, depending on events: Saturday by default (usually 5days/week but the work days may vary)

qualities:
- can work well with a small team; proactive; communicates well; eager to learn
