Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time
  • Monday - Friday at least available from 9 am-12 pm Hawaii time - the rest of the hours a flexible (40 hours a week)

Role Overview
Are you a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with QuickBooks certification and a passion for precision? We're looking for a self-starter to manage financial transactions, reconciliations, payroll, and AP/AR — all while collaborating remotely with a dynamic, international team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform account reconciliations

  • Record and maintain financial transactions

  • Process invoicing and payroll operations

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable

  • Execute standard bookkeeping procedures

  • Support daily accounting operations

  • Collaborate directly with you on workflow optimization

  • Maintain accurate and timely financial records

  • Adherence to standard accounting practices



Requirements


  • QuickBooks certification

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Experience with account reconciliation
