Job description

We are looking for an Escrow Assistant with Multi-State or National experience to work remotely for a National Title Insurance Company.
This is a temp to hire position with competitive pay and 100% REMOTE!


Must be professional, do well with a fast-paced environment, and be accurate. The ideal candidate will be driven, entrepreneurial, passionate, polished and savvy.

Escrow Assistant responsibilities:
Opening and notating receipt in all new escrows
Preparing estimated closing statements for buyer and seller, assisting lenders with their funding and closing conditions
Entering the status reports with all pertinent information for clients
Performing as backup to the team, and managing all aspects of the transaction
Performing customer service and clerical functions to assist all parties involved in the escrow process

Requirements:
Experience working with Resware is preferred, but not a deal breaker

Absolutely must be computer savvy
Ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, and memos (proper punctuation, spelling, grammar a must).
Excellent verbal/written skills along with strong interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to deliver superior customer service.
Must have high level of organization and strong attention to detail.
Computer competency (Microsoft Office), keyboarding/data entry skills, basic math skills, phone/customer service skills, spelling and proofreading required.
