We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Team Lead – Food/Drug/Dollar/Convenience to join our North America team at WaterWipes.  Key Duties

    • Identify and develop and deliver go-to-market strategies that will deliver sales, share, and profit growth for the Drug and Dollar businesses.
    • Develop existing accounts and by extending product listings and agreeing on activities that will deliver growth in line with targets and objectives.
    • Develop new accounts by working closely with the Portfolio function and Innovation team to identify opportunities the fit within these unique channels.
    • Be accountable for sales and profitability targets by closely managing pricing, negotiating terms, managing product mix and promotions.
    • Analyze P&L, including sales actions and investments in JBP.
    • Develop and manage the sales budget.
    • Evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, and key insights to growth and demand acceleration – adjust account strategies and plans accordingly.
    • Communicate trends and opportunities from customer meetings, sales events and key market visits to Director and Senior Management. Present channel specific strategies to Senior Leadership and Executive Team.
    • Manage a price promotional budget for optimal ROI and ensure internal/external alignment, while growing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Leverage business analytics to influence internal and external stakeholders.
    • Establish and/or manage customer-specific scorecards to monitor sales progress and identify and close sales gaps

Key requirements:

    • Batchelor Degree
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the CPG industry
    • Drug and/or Dollar Channel specific sales management experience
    • Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and objectives in a business with ambitious growth aspirations
    • Excellent communication, time management, organization, and presentation skills
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
    • Versatile, self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results-driven
    • Flexibility to travel (the role has expected travel of 30%, occasional international)
