Specific Qualifications or Experience Required:

Must possess operational experience with NG911 technology
10+ years of experience as a program lead in business continuity management and crisis management
Experience in implementing business continuity management in a 9-1-1 communication centre
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for BCMS and crisis management
Strong project management and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner
Highly detail-oriented work style
Preference will be given to candidates certified in business continuity management or emergency management
Health care facilities experience and experience with emergency services, preferably with dispatch operation centres
