Salary Range:
up to 2100 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Project Manager (Marketing & Content) will own client relationships and drive content marketing projects from kickoff through delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving smoothly across creative and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage client relationships with a focus on long-term success.
  • Lead a portfolio of accounts and oversee projects from conception through completion.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to deliver tailored content marketing solutions.
  • Manage timelines and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of client work.
  • Track project progress and proactively communicate updates to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor account performance, forecast key metrics, and prepare regular status reports.
  • Address urgent requests or escalations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Use ClickUp, Slack, and Notion daily to coordinate and optimize workflows.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing client projects, ideally in a marketing or content-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp and Slack.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.
  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies and best practices.
