We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Squad Leaders for a prestigious aviation industry project with a global company. The project involves migrating a messaging system to new technologies in Azure Cloud, creating a scalable solution to support business growth for the next 15 years. As a Squad Leader, you will play a critical role in guiding multidisciplinary teams, ensuring agile best practices, and driving successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the use of best practices and tools according to agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).

•Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).

•Measure productivity, quality, and effectiveness metrics, as well as the product's business impact.

•Monitor activities daily with development/engineering and product teams, ensuring backlog and roadmap management.

•Propose process improvements and establish interactions between teams.

•Manage risks and roadmaps, ensuring delivery quality to the client.

•Foster a product mindset within the team, focusing on delivering value to customers.
