TRIO is looking for a Site Contract Specialist to join our Strategy and Clinical Collaborations team. Reporting to the Global Manager, Site Contract Management, this position will be home based in the United States.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate and manage contracts and budgets with clinical trial sites, investigators, and institutions within the parameters defined by the trial.
Draft, review, and finalize clinical trial agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, and clinical operations) to streamline the contracting process.
Resolve budgetary and contractual issues, escalating complex matters to appropriate stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of contracts and amendments, ensuring timely updates in tracking systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial sites and site management organizations.
Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and TRIO policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract negotiation and management, preferably in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of global site budget processes and legal frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
Collaborative mindset to work in a cross-functional team environment.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
