Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Eastern with 1-hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Follow-Ups: Manage appointments, meetings, and follow-ups using CoPilot CRM.
Invoicing & Payroll Support: Process invoices, collect and verify hours for payroll, and ensure timely payments.
Compliance Monitoring: Track and maintain due dates for taxes, vehicle registrations, inspections, and insurance renewals.
Phone Support: Answer calls and provide assistance when the manager is unavailable.
Social Media Posting (Bonus): Assist in posting and managing company updates on social media platforms.
Video Editing (Optional Growth Skill): While not required, a willingness to learn video editing over time would be beneficial.
Requirements
