Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities to drive sales growth. This role involves reaching out to prospective clients, building relationships, and generating leads that will be passed on to the sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales prospecting, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage decision-makers effectively. A background in the solar energy industry is a plus.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on business needs and sales criteria.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and interactions.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to create future opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Research and understand market trends to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation efforts

Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in the solar energy industry is an advantage.

  • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
