Job Purpose:

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will develop effective media plans, forecast results, generate detailed reports, and provide both qualitative and quantitative analysis to continuously enhance our Paid Media strategy and performance.


Job Details:

  • Location: 100% Remote - Open to candidates based in Central America, Mexico, or Colombia.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CR Time Zone
  • Job Type: Full-Time Employment
  • Language Proficiency: Spanish: Advanced (Fluent) / English: B1+ in reading, writing, and conversation
  • Availability: Immediate availability required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (required), with optional exposure to LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Develop efficient media plans, projecting outcomes in terms of reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create periodic performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations. 
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the Paid Media landscape.
  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with strategic goals and platform-specific requirements.
  • Pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in targeting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to align campaign objectives and optimize performance.

Required Academic Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience managing Paid Media campaigns, especially on Google Ads and Meta platforms (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategies, tactics, and optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative performance data.
  • Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Conversion APIs (Facebook and Google).
  • Experience with programmatic buying and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
  • Experience in media planning, audience segmentation, and keyword strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Google Ads and Meta certifications.

  • This role requires a native Spanish speaker with intermediate english proficiency (both written and verbal).

Compensation$900 per month
