Job description

We are seeking an Strategy & Operations Transformation Manager with the passion, drive, and expertise to make a tangible impact. We're looking for candidates with 1-3 years of strategy consulting experience who will bring strong analytical, operational, and project management skills to the table. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on projects that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize service delivery, directly contributing to SafeRide Health’s growth and success. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Program Management and Planning

·      Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans with the Strategy team to meet operational OKRs. 

·      Facilitate coordination, communication, and accountability across cross-functional teams including SOP development and processes.

·      Support the COO and VP in establishing a consistent meeting cadence to track progress and align stakeholders.

 

Performance Metrics and Analytics

·      Create and Support KPI development aligned with company OKRs. 

·      Collaborate with the Business Insights team to enhance dashboards tracking performance metrics. 

·      Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous process improvement.

 

Cost Structure Optimization and Continuous Improvement

·      Leverage P&L analysis to identify trends, optimize financial performance, and drive cost-efficiency initiatives.

·      Conduct in-depth assessments of cost structures to uncover inefficiencies and recommend targeted improvements.

·      Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement cost-optimization strategies aligned with business objectives while safeguarding service excellence.

·      Champion a culture of continuous improvement and strategic innovation to enhance operational agility and long-term competitiveness.


 Operational Innovation

·      Stay up-to-date with market and technology trends to identify disruptive ideas and emerging solutions. 

·      Leverage internal and external data and qualitative research to increase confidence in the adoption of new tools and processes. 

·      Advocate for innovative solutions to leadership, including the Operations Transformation Committee, to achieve meaningful cost savings. 

 

Required Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree.

·      1-3 years of relevant strategy consulting experience.

·      Mastery in Excel (3-5 years) with a solid understanding of data analytics and reporting. 

·      Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage programs in high-impact environments. 

·      Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. 

·      Analytical mindset with expertise in data visualization, dashboard visualization, and familiarity with analytics tools such as Quicksight or Tableau.

·      Experience in operations transformation and process improvement.

·      Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
·      Data extraction techniques such as SQL or Python (preferred)
