How you’ll make an Impact
As the Director, Sales for AI and Digital Solutions will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration of our AI and digital solutions. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented sales leader with a deep understanding of AI technologies and digital transformation. The Director, Sales will lead a high-performing sales team, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives.


Summary of Location and Hours

  • This is a remote role
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST

What you will be doing

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for AI and digital solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and key sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
  • Drive a high level of engagement and motivation within the sales team.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Understand client needs and business challenges to effectively position AI and digital solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Sales Operations and Performance Management:

  • Implement and manage sales processes, tools, and technologies to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team and stakeholders.

Market and Industry Insights:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI and digital solutions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the product development team to ensure offerings align with market demands.
  • Adapt sales strategies based on market feedback and evolving client needs.


You’ll be successful in this role if you have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on AI, digital transformation, or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, digital transformation, and their applications in various industries.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

 
Required language skills

  • Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally
  • Ability to write business correspondence and process procedures
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $130,000 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus if applicable, not all roles are subject to a bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

FLSA Status: Salaried/Exempt

Workspace Requirements and Remote Work Policy
Team members must establish a dedicated safe workspace that is free from distractions, hazards, and that is secure from unauthorized access. This includes following Ntiva’s IT User and Security Policies that include but are not limited to password-protecting all equipment, keeping confidential and proprietary documents secure, refraining from using public Wi-Fi, having adequate arrangements in place to avoid significant interruptions from caregiving responsibilities during work hours (except in emergency situations with manager approval). Any remote work away from a team member’s normal expected dedicated safe workspace must be requested by team member, is subject to review by management, and must adhere to Ntiva policies and procedures.
