Job Description:

You are the new point of contact for our current and potential customers. The telephone agent will manage our customers' telephone calls, providing accurate information. It will professionally resolve any incident presented within the guidelines provided and will offer new UPS products whenever requested, as well as attract new customers.

What do we expect from you?

  • Essential knowledge of English and Portuguese. Your customers and colleagues speak several languages, so it is easy and certainly important that you can communicate with them in English.

  • Availability to work from 8.30am to 4.30.pm (1 hour lunch)
