As a Transition/Modernization Lead supporting GDIT’s Federal Health sector, you will be trusted to provide comprehensive on-premises, cloud, and/or hybrid hosting services to support the call center systems used in support of CCOG’s mission.

HOW A BUSINESS ANALYST LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
  • Interacts daily with CMS, stakeholders, and other contracts supporting CCOG.
  • Documents requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to provide clear guidance to development teams.
  • Analyzes gathered requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Supports testing activities, reviewing test cases, and verifying that the implemented solution meets the desired outcomes.
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration between different stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements, addressing questions or concerns.
  • Identifies opportunities for system enhancements, analyzing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to streamline workflows and increase productivity.



HOW A TRANSITION/MODERNIZATION LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project. Some employee supervision may be required.
  • Interacts daily with CMS, stakeholders, and other contracts supporting CCOG.
  • Leads hosting transition efforts from existing contractor to GDIT ensuring all work is done on time, within scope, and of high quality.
  • Actively participates in planning sessions, requirements gathering activities, design sessions, Agile modeling sessions, and other events to support CRM modernization.
  • Shapes hosting modernization strategies by defining the goals, objectives, and desired outcomes of the modernization effort.
  • Manages and documents methods of communication, coordination of activities, work activities, processes, and procedures to ensure seamless hosting daily operations through the implementation and cutover to a modernized CRM.
  • Ensures resources are collaborative and available to address inquiries about the current hosting in relation to a modernized CRM.
  • Ensures relevant resources attend hosting development ceremonies.
  • Manages change and adoption, executing change management plans, communicating the benefits of the modernization effort, and addressing challenges.
  • Monitors hosting performance, optimizing usage, tracking key metrics, and implementing enhancements to maximize value and effectiveness of NGD hosting environment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:


EDUCATION: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
 

REQUIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of related experience
 

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • PMI PMP preferred
  • Knowledge of, and experience, with IT and/or cloud best practices, methodologies, and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Experience in MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence

LOCATION: REMOTE

RESIDENCEY REQUIREMENT: Applicants shall have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years prior to applying for a Federal ID Card.

The likely salary range for this position is $102,850 - $139,150. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
