The Global Process Manager (GPM) Costing COPA will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation of SAP and other technologies within the Finance Organization. This role will manage large-scale transformation projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of financial systems. Collaborating with cross-functional Finance and IT teams, the Global Process Manager Business Costing COPA will design and enhance processes while overseeing project management activities to align with strategic business objectives.

Summary of Role:
The Global Process Manager Costing COPA will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation of SAP and other technologies within the Finance Organization. This role will manage large-scale transformation projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of financial systems. Collaborating with cross-functional Finance and IT teams, the Global Process Manager Costing COPA will design and enhance processes while overseeing project management activities to align with strategic business objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Finance transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and achievement of project objectives.

  • Facilitate and support functional design sessions focused on manufacturing finance, profitability analytics, and management reporting leveraging in-depth knowledge of SAP, Anaplan and CPM tools and other relevant technologies.

  • Review and analyze functional design documents and configuration rationales for SAP S/4 Hana including COPA, assessing their impact on business operations.

  • Drive the rationalization and harmonization of financial systems to enhance efficiency, reduce redundancy, and improve data integration across the organization.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the organization in adapting to transformations initiated by Finance projects.

  • Optimize Finance processes and drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

  • Provide regular status updates and materials to executive leadership regarding the progress of transformation initiatives.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Education – Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems or related field.  

  • Experience - Minimum Years in 8 years of experience

  • Extensive expertise in implementing and integrating finance systems to streamline workflows and support strategic decision-making.

  • Proficient in leading and mentoring high-performing teams to deliver results and achieve organizational goals.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing finance operating models to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing finance processes, FP&A, and management reporting proceses. 

  • In-depth understanding of SAP tools to actively contribute to design sessions for finance initiatives, integrating SAP solutions effectively. 

  • Proven track record of success in senior finance management roles, with a focus on transformation and optimization. 

  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in finance and technology. 

  • Strong project management skills, including developing and managing project plans. 

  • Proficiency in creating and using tools like journey maps, business cases, and milestone charts to support the organization's finance transformation vision. 

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to drive change and innovation. 

Technologies and other Requirements:

  • SAP S/4 Hana

  • SAP S/4 COPA 

  • Anaplan

  • FCCS/HFM

  • Azure DevOps 

  • Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) 

  • Project management tools 

  • Travel - Up to 30%

  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education – Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Information Systems

  • Experience – 15 years of relevant experience.

  • Ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Expected Salary Range

$119,300.00 - $225,900.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
