Job description

We’re looking for a Benefits and Compensation Manager to oversee and optimize compensation structures and benefits programs for our US-based client. This is a key role in ensuring competitive offerings that attract and retain top talent, while maintaining compliance and cost-effectiveness.

 

This position is contingent on the award of the project 

Key Responsibilities

•    Design, implement, and manage compensation structures and benefits programs for US employees
•    Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
•    Oversee benefits administration including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
•    Ensure compliance with federal and state laws (ACA, FLSA, ERISA, etc.)
•    Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams on audits, reporting, and budgeting
•    Provide guidance and support on compensation strategies during promotions, transfers, and new hires
•    Manage annual benefits renewal, open enrollment, and vendor relationships

Requirements:

 

•    5+ years of experience in US-based benefits and compensation management
•    Strong knowledge of US labor and compliance regulations
•    Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and benefits platforms
•    Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
•    Proficiency in systems (ADP, Deltek, Paycor, etc.)
•    Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
