The Opportunity
  • Join Adobe Studio, our in-house creative agency that develops everything from award-winning advertising and marketing campaigns to inspiring feature films, documentaries, and scroll-stopping social media content.
  • Contribute your writing skills to our diverse, hard-working team of futurists, doers, and brand builders.
What you'll Do
  • Lead the Copy and/or Brand Architecture writing process and ensure copy integrates with design elements.
  • Use data and feedback to inform creative decisions.
  • Direct agency partners as needed on copy architecture.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to set organizational goals and define creative vision.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to inform and guide new initiatives.
  • Share organizational goals and creative vision with internal teams and external partners.
  • Identify comprehensive, cross-discipline solutions for complex branding challenges.
  • Play a key role in developing and/or adopting new technologies or methodologies.
  • Direct and mentor junior creative team members.
  • Represent the team’s mission, vision, and values (for example, speak at conferences and contribute to industry blogs).
What you need to succeed
  • Proven experience in creative direction or a related field, with a strong ability to drive and deliver innovative solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Advanced experience across multiple creative fields (web, print, interactive, etc.). Able to oversee work from various creative functions.
  • A blend of strategic oversight, creative direction, and strong collaboration with external agencies.
  • Experience playing a significant role in the development and delivery of new technology or major innovations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with the principles of design that inform copywriting.
  • A positive outlook committed to achieving goals.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $98,800 -- $193,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
