Transact + CBORD is looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Marketing Content Manager to lead the content strategy, development, and execution for our healthcare and corporate verticals. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller, exceptional writer, and content strategist who can turn complex industry insights into high-impact content that engages, educates, and converts.
You’ll own the full content lifecycle —from ideation to execution —driving brand awareness, thought leadership, demand generation, and customer retention across multiple channels. With a focus on AI-driven insights, SEO optimization, and marketing automation, you’ll help shape the voice of Transact + CBORD across the buyer journey.
This role requires expertise in balancing multiple projects, being highly organized, and learning Transact + CBORD’s healthcare and corporate solutions.
What You’ll Do
Content Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a vertical-specific content strategy aligned with business objectives and go-to-market plans.
Own the content lifecycle—ideation, production, optimization, and distribution across all channels.
Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives.
Collaborate with design, product marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive, brand-aligned messaging.
Craft and edit compelling content, including:
Marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, tradeshow/event assets, and ad copy
Email campaigns and nurture flows (leveraging tools like HubSpot)
SEO-driven landing pages, web content, and organic/paid social media
Thought leadership pieces, blogs, e-books, whitepapers, and case studies
Support internal communications, PR, and social media content in partnership with corporate marketing.
Leverage AI & automation tools to analyze engagement metrics, personalize content, and improve content performance.
ABM & Client-Focused Engagement
Create customized, high-value content for key accounts and ABM campaigns.
Develop client success stories and case studies highlighting Transact + CBORD’s impact.
Position the brand as a trusted leader in healthcare and corporate foodservice and payment technology.
Performance Optimization
Track and analyze content performance across channels using analytics and SEO tools.
Continuously optimize content strategy based on engagement metrics, conversion data, and emerging trends.
Use AI-powered tools to refine content targeting, personalization, and performance insights.

7+ years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or payments technology.

Proven ability to create compelling content that drives engagement, pipeline, and customer loyalty.
Proficiency in managing multiple content projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, AI automation, and SEO optimization.
