What the role looks like:

  • Conduct pre-employment testing, background checks, and reference verifications.
  • Maintain recruitment administration and systems ( Workday) in a timely manner including the appropriate correspondence to all applicants
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience is achieved for all applicants
  • The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00am till 18:00pm
  • Collect, prepare, and submit all necessary HR-related documentation related to new/existing employees;
  • Help with relocation organization for candidates
  • Answer frequently asked questions from employees/ candidates related to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, onboarding, trainings, etc.;
  • Remote position - all candidates must be based in Bulgaria

Your profile:

  • Fluent level of English language– both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a HR / recruitment coordinator
  • Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment would be considered an advantage
  • Proactive and being able to work in a team
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
