Talent Partner (Technology)

(FTC-6 months)

The role

We're on the hunt for a talent partner to support the continued growth in our technology department for the next 6 months. You'll play a leading role in shaping the hiring experience as a member of the Prolific Talent Team. You’ll lead on top of funnel hiring activities from attraction through to interview, and play a pivotal part in championing our culture while building our employer brand.

What you’ll bring to the role

Proven background and experience in technical recruitment, attracting, and hiring world class talent in a fast growing product lead scaleup
Highly motivated, with a positive, pragmatic, roll-your-sleeves-up mentality
A desire to work hard, and fill roles with great people
Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS.
Skilled in developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, with the adaptability and resourcefulness to know when and how to apply them
A collaborative working style with the ability to build trust and strong partnerships with hiring teams and stakeholders
A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for scalable, creative ways to enhance the hiring experience and recruitment processes

What you’ll be doing in the role

Work closely with Senior Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organisation
Develop talent pipelines and execute tactical sourcing campaigns leveraging modern sourcing tools
Work with the wider Prolific team on tactical research & referral generation
Develop a deep understanding of Prolific, our product, and values to effectively articulate our mission and culture to prospective Prolificos
Qualify potential candidates to determine their suitability through phone interviewing, and behavioral based questions
Utilise Data for reporting and influencing our hiring approach
Support and deliver our vision to create a world-class employer brand
