  • Develop and execute scalable and auditable data analysis processes.
  • Communicate data (both written and verbal) clearly and concisely, adjusting your style based on audience.
  • Build effective partnerships with cross-functional peers, manage priorities, and provide guidance during unexpected events.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • 7+ years experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field

  • Experience identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan
  • Comfortable solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and other financial systems
  • Expertise delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
