Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support roles, preferably in subscription services or the tech industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer requests effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
